Hello Moringa advocates and fanatics! I’m excited to bring to you a new series of blog posts where we will break down and explain complex Scientific Studies and Journals about Moringa Oleifera in the Reddit ELI5 (Explain Like I’m 5) style.
The reason why I love Moringa Oleifera so much is that it has been thoroughly vetted and studied by Scientists all over the world and they are STILL discovering new, amazing benefits to Moringa every day.
I felt like some of these fascinating studies have been going unnoticed by many nutritional experts (and even other moringa companies that seem to only want to focus on sales!).
I feel like there needs to be a balancing force between the nutritional experts who still aren’t completely sold on Moringa (I wonder why? Maybe because it’s so inexpensive? ) and between the Moringa marketers that may be over-selling and over-promising on the benefits of Moringa.
The facts are the facts. And Moringa stands well on it’s own merits. As proven by Science!
But Scientific Studies are hard to read and understand…
So I went out and hired a professional Scientific Journal Reviewer to look solely at Moringa Oleifera studies and summarize them in a format that us layman folks can understand
