Fresh Moringa Leaf Smoothie Recipe

Here’s another great smoothie recipe using fresh moringa leaves.

In this video, Jeff Yentzer also talks about the wonderful plant protein properties of Moringa Oleifera — which we’ll also cover in a upcoming post. :)

If you don’t have fresh leaves, 1tbsp of Moringa Powder will do the trick.

Also note; when Moringa is dried into a powder it loses the “spicy” flavor and is much more enjoyable.
