The Moringa Omelette

Try this low-carb, nutrient loaded, protein packed vegetarian friendly Moringa omelette.


  • 3 Eggs
  • 12 Tsp Moringa Powder
  • 1 Bell pepper (small)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive or Avacado Oil


  1. Chop & sautée vegetables with oil
  2. Reduce heat to medium
  3. Beat 3 eggs in small mixer bowl
  4. Whisk in 1-2 Tsp Moringa Powder
  5. Pour in egg mixture and cook until done
